Tristan is an experienced Director and Chartered Professional Engineer, committed to developing successful collaborative relationships across the infrastructure sector. Having worked in client, contractor and consulting roles he has a unique understanding of how industry can successfully work together to deliver great outcomes.
He specialises in collaborative procurement and delivery, particularly alliances between clients, contractors and consultants. He also supports clients in establishing collaborative panels where long-term, enduring relationships are key to unlocking the benefits of these contracting arrangements.
Tristan is passionate about continuing to grow collaborative contracting models in New Zealand and further afield and would be delighted to discuss his experiences with you. He is ISO 44001 accredited and an experienced facilitator.
