All the Directors and Associates are accredited by ICW UK in ISO 44001: Collaborative business relationship management systems – Requirements and framework. Each has extensive leadership and management experience across the Private, Public (Central and Local Government) and Not–for-Profit Sectors in New Zealand. They understand the complexities facing decision-makers and are well versed in the political nuances of working across organisations and systems that are often not designed for collaboration.
In coming together, we collate knowledge and experience across multiple and varied portfolios. Our work is anchored in credible research and successfully integrates a range of collaborative tools, as well as the collective impact framework.
